My name is Bihari Lal Poddar residing at Delhi; I am a patient of mouth ulcer I am giving details of my history as follows.

I was addicted to Pan Parag & Tobacco/Zarda for last 35 years. In the year of 1997, I dropped this practice on religious oath and till this date not touched the same. It has created problems as mouth opening becomes less due to fibrosis developed in the mouth, and it starts making a problem in eating my regular food. In 2009 one of my business-related friends advised me to contact Dr. of Vishla agrotech Pvt ltd, Bikaner for treatment of fibrosis I came in contact with them.

He gave me two types of powder to be applied regularly in the mouth by finger on teeth twice a day. I found the effect of powder which increases the opening of the mouth so that I could eat properly, but mouth opening could not come to normal, as before fibrosis.

In the year of 2013, I found a spot of a big ulcer on the right side of my tongue. Earlier it thought that it is a cut on the tongue due to sharpness of teeth and applied many types of ointment. But it did not recover.

In October 2013 I talked to the dr. of vishla agrotech Pvt. Ltd. again and explained him verbally, he advised to chew one tablet twice a day of tab Stemin for a week. I do as per his advice but did not get any response. So I again called him, he asked me to come down to his palace. I went to Bikaner in the last week of October 2013, where he checked my tongue and advised to have some blood test and after I saw all reports, he suggested me to take dr Thanki's Tum Can capsule four capsules thrice a day. According to my body weight, he added one kachnaar guggul 12 tablets a day divided into 3 part. He advised me to take for 30 days. 

At the beginning of that, Dr explained to me that Dr Thanki's Tumcan capsules are highly emetic. So I must take any tablet before taking this medicine so as per suggestion, I have taken tab ondansetron(ondec) 8mg before each time of in taking Dr Thanki's Tumcan capsules.

My experience during the tenure of Tumcane, On early days, I was irritated due to loose motion, some time constipation. Still, as I have to get rid of this disease, so I did not discontinue and started yellow tablet of a homoeopath for constipation, but this was not very effective. So I have to drop it. Secondly taking 12 caps of Tumcane in a day created high pressure on the mind and feeling was very much uncomfortable. It always reminds me that I am taking overdosage and feel of eating (lunch & dinner) reduces much after taking eight nos. Of Tumcane, my feeling of burning as food lives, blocking on Throats etc. is much, which prevents another dose from being taken. After 20 days, I was settled or habituated of such type of irritation, after 30 days.

I found specific relief in the pain of ulcer it was 80% dissolved. A gap of 15 days maintained without medicines. The same treatment repeated for one month, and I feel the relief of 90% from the pain, but still, I cannot eat spicily. I also do not find any much progress in fibrosis. I continue without any medicines for the last 40 days.

In early 2013 the pain in the knee started and it diagnosed as Osteoarthritis. There was a significant pain in movement, which is also reduced, maybe by the effect of Dr Thanki's tum-can capsule.

Now I again found some small ulcer in the tongue so I also contacted them and they advised for some check-up of routine blood parameter, which I have done, and the report sends to them by mail. This time suggest me to repeat the same dosages for another 45 days. It reported up to 15th March 2014.

Again as per Dr of vishla agrotech Pvt ltd, I also started for 45 days dr Thanki's tum can capsule along with tab Zyloric 300 mg per day.

On 7th July I again go for test and found normal in all parameters, but I had a mild sensational drop on my tongue.
